Joseph F. Gatt - Chief Executive Officer
Joseph F Gatt has over 40 years of multifaceted leadership experience in a variety of industries doing business in developing countries around the world to Intercel Telecoms Group, Inc. (ITG). After holding several executive-level positions at Pan Am, Joe became the CEO of Air Zaire. He then embarked on a successful career in hotel development.

When cellular technology first emerged in the US market, Joseph recognized the opportunities for this new technology, pioneering the first cellular operation in the continent of Africa, and acquiring 12 cellular licenses in different countries within Africa. Joseph plays a guiding role with the Intercel management team in positioning Intercel Group as a major player in modern telecommunications. He brings extensive, in-depth experience and knowledge of voice communications (wired, wireless and mobile) and a proven track record of success in difficult markets.

David Wells - Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, David Wells directs the company's engineering, research and development, and customer support teams. With more than eighteen years of experience in the communications industry, David is responsible for managing Intercel's technology decisions, and global network architecture. David specializes in expanding, restructuring and strengthening existing businesses and established technology start-ups.

Before his appointment as Intercel's first CTO, David held key leadership positions in a variety of communications companies. As Director of Strategic Networking at Talk America, Dave led the engineering and building of a large (more than 200,000 users) IP network that supports voice, DSL and T-1 services. As Director at CTG Solutions, Inc., Dave rendered four companies as either profitable, or on a solid profit-making trajectory. At Warsun International Communications Corporation, as Vice President of the Carrier and Operations Division, David transformed the division into a growing profit center with a significant increase in productivity. In his role as Director of Engineering at Eglobe, Inc., formerly Swift call Equipment and Services, David spearheaded the optimization and consolidation of all telecommunications, data and WAN applications into a single seamless network.

David attended Central Texas College. Served as a representative on the Office for Telecommunications Authority (OFTA) technical board in Hong Kong.
